Quotes that are close to my heart

As a writer, reader and general lover of words, quotes are like my crack, I live for the perfect quote, collect them like flowers. There’s something so special about finding a quote that speaks to your soul, that you find yourself returning to again and again (plus they make for pretty killer Instagram captions). If I had a comprehensive list of all of my favourite quotes it would count to the hundreds, but here are a few that are close to my heart right now that I think you will love too (plus some pretty photos because, aesthetic):
